Champion System has been a part of your community for over 13 years all over the globe. As humankind continues to adapt to the challenges of Covid-19 we turn our hand at applying our crisp sublimation techniques and fabric innovation to producing reusable fabric masks, a garment designed to protect you whilst still promoting your personality, brand or team. 

We have used our pioneering hydrophobic fabric technology to develop a face mask that will shield you against Covid-19. Our masks will help protect you, and others, by providing a respiratory barrier to restrict the spread of infected droplets in the air as you go about your business. Importantly the full customisation of our mask means you can stay on brand.

The reusable masks are constructed from two technical fabric layers with a pocket insert for a 5-layer charcoal air filter in the middle. The 3D ergonomic shape fits around the contours of your face for a secure but comfortable fit, leaving you with plenty of breathing room. 

The outer layer is made from our CS Hydrodry™ water repellent fabric that will shield your face from airborne droplet absorption. It is a contributing barrier to sneezes, coughs and saliva. This fabric is fully customisable in your own design. The inner layer is soft breathable woven fabric, comfortable against the skin with rapid moisture absorption from your own exhales.  The mid-layer pocket accommodates our effective 5-layer PM2.5 Filter, featuring a non woven meltblown construction with activated carbon to help absorb contaminants and impurities.
