Description
- Designed for use as a bulk dry material interceptor to capture material in advance of the vacuum increasing capacity of the system to capture bulk or fine particulate dry material. It acts to reduce the airspeed of particulate permitting it to fall out of the airstream reducing the chance for filter blinding due to high volumes of fine particulate.
- Permits the use of high capacity H-11 melt blown filter bags backed up by a by a polyester basket filter adding two additional stages of filtration in fine particulate application.
- The 20 gallon interceptor features a molded PP tank offering durability and excellent chemical resistance. The tank is mounted on a PP skirt trolley which shields the industrial soft non-marring over molded casters from damage. The casters feature a 360 degree swivel making movement of the interceptor easy even when fully loaded.
- Features a deep well polyester filter resists debris from collecting on the surface restricting airflow. When combined with a melt blown filter bag the system two additional stages of filtration are added to those of the vacuum and the cost of ownership by reducing the need for expensive filter replacement.
- Has a heavy duty PP lid system has a 2” barbed outlet to reduce air flow resistance. Two large handles are mounted on the lid for easy release for emptying of the interceptor.
- A 1.50” X 8 foot link hose is included for connecting to commercial or home shop vacuums and most industry standard vacuums designed for use with 1.50” hose.
- Ideal for use by construction contractors looking for a solution to increase bin capacity and reduce exposure of their vacuum and expensive HEPA cartridge filters to fine particulate. - This unit is compatible with major brands of home and contractor vacuums including Shop Vac, Dewalt, Rigid, Craftsman, Vacmaster, and Milwaukee as well as many specialize vacuum brands like Festool, Fein, Nilfisk, and Elsea.
- It includes a 1.50’ X 15 foot commercial grade vacuum hose, a two piece anodizes s-wand with ABS compression collar, 14” wide nylon fill floor brush with window cut to aid in large debris pick-up, dusting tool, upholstery tool, and 15” paddle crevice.
